All donations are purely voluntary and suggested.

Hoggin' the Bridge Club will endeaver to supply T-shirts and pins as ordered on the day of the event namely Sunday 16th October 2011. 

Latest order 30th September 2011. Orders after that date will be treated as just donations.

There will be no mechanism in place to supply said T-shirt and pin other than collecting them on the day in Chepstow after the ride.

There will be no mechanism in place to repay any donation once submitted.

Hoggin' the Bridge Club reserves the right to cancel the distribution of the T-shirt and pin due to a failure of supply that is beyond our control, or any other factor within reason.

The donations are not a contract to supply the T-shirt and/or pin.

Orders taken on-line will be charged a further 80p to cover post and handling.

All donations and sponsor money, after paying for event costs, will be distributed to the chosen charities.
